FoForks found out that the lucky real life owners of this awesome property are Time For Fun businessman Fernando Alterio and his wife, designer Paula Raia.
Also, the boat that Rob and Kristen took over to the Breaking Dawn location is registered to Fernando and called "Paulina" - awww!
